The new World of Warcraft expansion introduces new WoW Dragonflight Heritage Armor that avid Blizzard MMORPG players can add to their cosmetic arsenal. If you're a human or orc, you're in luck, but night elves, trolls, and Forsaken players will have to wait a little longer.

In the WoW Dragonflight 1.0.7 update, Human and Orc players will be able to complete Legacy quests, which will give them the opportunity to get new racial armor.

Humans will be dressed in Alliance-inspired attire, silver armor with a blue plumed helmet. Their left breastplate is carved in the shape of a griffin, and the iconic lion takes center stage on the belt. All in all, if you're a die-hard Alliance player, this figure is perfect for you.

Orc armor, on the other hand, consists of weathered skulls of ancient animals, black metal and spikes. Fastened together with rough leather straps, they look very different from human armor - and I'd be lying if I said I didn't like how "rough and brutal" it was.

WoW Dragonflight Legacy Armor

Of the main races in the game, on the Horde side are the Forsaken and Trolls without Heritage Armor (the Zandalari Trolls, however, have Heritage Armour), and on the Alliance side are the poor Night Elves (not counting the Pandaren and Drakhir, which divide both sides).

Given that Blizzard appears to be working on the base races, we're hoping for the Night Elf armor to make its way into the game next, but for now I'll have to wait to equip my Alliance character. Considering that one of the first guides I wrote in this industry was "how to get Night Elf Legacy Armor", I really want to die on Night Elf Equality Hill - especially since my Horde character is an undead ice mage who also has no legacy armor.
