It's only been out for a few weeks, but the WoW Dragonflight 2023 roadmap has already been revealed, and there are many roads ahead for the latest expansion to Blizzard's legendary MMORPG. 2023 is going to be a very exciting year for Dragonflight, with two seasons, new raids, new zones and dungeons, and plenty of other content.

Blizzard has released some preliminary, high-level details about its plans for 2023 in Dragonflight. A total of six content patches are planned for the coming year, one of which will occur at the beginning of the second and third seasons, and the remaining four - for the winter, spring, summer and autumn launches.

As the company recently announced, patch 10.0.5 is set to arrive early in the new year and will include white and gray transmogs, a new trading post system, as well as new content for the Tomorrow of Primitive zone.

Following the release of this update to the live servers, Blizzard says it plans to release patch 10.0.7 on the World of Warcraft PTR. This patch, scheduled for release in the spring, will include a new quest campaign and recurring world content in the Forbidden Vale. We'll learn more about the Drakheer in this storyline, and it will kick off the next big chapter of Dragonflight, coming with Season 10.1 and Patch XNUMX.

This update will include a new zone, a new raid, a new Mythic+ dungeon pool, job updates and some UI improvements, as well as the start of a new PvP season. After that, we can expect patches 10.1.5 and 10.1.7 to appear in summer and autumn, respectively.

These updates promise to include a new mega dungeon, new world events, new stories and quests, a holiday update, and the usual content and system updates you get with significant patches.

Finally, towards the end of the year, patch 10.2 will arrive, which will add another new zone, a new raid, a new pool of mythic+ dungeons, and even more content to launch the new PvP season.
