First seen Gematsu, it turns out that one of the games in the Silent Hill series - Silent Hill: The Short Message - was rating in Korea. This particular game has yet to be announced by Konami, nor are platforms listed for it.

Just in case you need to be reminded of the classic Silent Hill, here is the trailer from 1998 at E3. This rating came as a surprise given that many of the latest leaks were allegedly related to the Silent Hill 2 remake or game teaser for some main part.

The Korea Game Rating and Administration Committee, where Gematsu found the rating information, is listed as UNIANA by the publisher of Silent Hill: The Short Message.

Looking at the track record of UNIANA, you will understand that it is one of the largest Korean arcade game producers. However, this is not all that the publisher does: its track record also includes the development of various fighting games, arcades and MMORPGs. In addition, UNIANA frequently publishes Konami arcade and console games.

I highly doubt there will be a Silent Hill MMORPG on PC anytime soon, as we all know how it could end... but it hints that something Silent Hill might finally be coming.

Fan theories already exist Gematsu Comments that this is a small Silent Hill game, perhaps a teaser or mobile game, and not a full-fledged main game. And given the subtitle "The Short Message", it's easy to believe. However, only time will tell what Silent Hill: The Short Message is actually like... hopefully!
