A new hotfix for Dying Light 2 was launched rather quietly on February 9th, but it is an important one. Your weapon stash is five times larger. Player stashes, where additional items, weapons and equipment are stored, can now store up to 250 weapons, up from 50 when the zombie game first launched.

For a hotfix, the latest update represents some pretty major changes, aside from the expanded weapon storage space. There is now an option to reset legend levels, which are part of the new progression system added recently in update 1.9.0. If you reached at least Legend level 50 in the previous version of the game, you can now reset that progress once per save.

The fix also addresses an issue that could cause the Nvidia Reflex option to remain enabled, which could cause performance issues on some systems. We've also fixed a bug that was preventing players from running Dying Light 2 on Windows 7 - that's good, but it's about time, guys. It's time to.

Game updates:

  • Fixed crash when clicking on a track in the Timeline of the dialog editor
  • Fixed resizing of docked windows
  • Fixed missing GPUfx emitters on city map
  • Fixed a crash when editing terrain materials
  • User can now also remove multiple fixed terrain materials
  • Brushes are no longer copied between maps
  • Fixed a crash when opening Developer Tools in the Epic Games Store
