It hasn't even been a month since Vampire Survivors 1.0 is on our doorstep, so it's a little shocking to find out today that the first DLC Vampire Survivors has been submitted - and it comes out in just a couple of weeks. Legacy of the Moonspell, the first expansion for the popular roguelike game, will be released December 15 and will add a new stage, eight new characters, new weapons and more.
The new stage is called Mt Moonspell and appears to be the biggest level to date. It features multiple environments, each with their own unique sets of monsters. There's an abandoned castle, a yokai-infested village, and a snowy mountain - and the poncle developer says that's just the beginning.
Naturally, a major update Vampire Survivors will include a bunch of new weapons. Legacy of the Moonspell adds 13 including Silver Wind, Four Seasons, Summon Night and Mirage Robe.
There are also new characters to unlock and meet. The DLC adds eight new heroes, including Miang Moonspell, Menya Moonspell, Shuuto Moonspell, and Babi-Onna, who has returned from the dead "to take revenge on demons and mortals alike" but retains her dazzling sense of style and unabashed charm.
As mentioned above, DLC Vampire Survivors Legacy of the Moonspell releases December 15 and will be available in Steam for 1,99 USD.
