Never aim fireworks at others unless those others are a horde of monsters and you are in a deep game. Vampire Survivors. Fireworks that explode whenever you open a coffin will become weapons in Vampire Survivors 1.0 when the chunky survival game leaves Early Access this week.

Vampire Survivors 1.0 includes a new weapon called Greatest Anniversary, and it uses the effects of coffin-opening fireworks to destroy the ever-advancing horde. In the short video that developer poncle showed off, it's hard to understand exactly how it works: there are particle effects being thrown away from the player character, and bright flashes of fireworks that damage enemies - but we can't tell for sure whether those explosions are coming from something , that the character throws, or they just constantly explode at a certain distance.

See what you can do with it:

Also note the spotlight effect coming from the bottom of the screen. It's a party!

You will unlock The Greatest Anniversary by earning one of the new achievements in Vampire Survivors 1.0 called See the final fireworks.

In the "full" version of the game Vampire Survivors there will be a lot of new stuff coming, including a B-side for some of the sound effects and music stingers, so if you're tired of the fanfare that plays when you open a chest, you can replace it with an alternative version.
