There is no specific release date for Blue Protocol yet, but we know that Amazon Games and Bandai Namco are planning to release a JRPG game in the second half of 2023 yearso it doesn't look like we have years to wait.

First, Blue Protocol takes place on the planet Regnas 2000 years in the future, where the world is in conflict and must be saved by you and your allies. Gameplay
With a strong focus on story, Blue Protocol will be an MMORPG that can be played a lot in single player. According to Blue Protocol franchise lead Mike Zadorozhny, "If you just want to experience the storyline on your own, this is what you can do." However, this is still an MMO, so there will be plenty of opportunities to team up with friends and other online players to tackle classic team mechanics like raids and dungeons.
Unlike other MMORPGs, Blue Protocol was designed primarily for controllers, presumably due to its deployment on consoles. Amazon Games assured us that the keyboard and mouse will work just fine, but you'll get more enjoyment out of using the controller.
Gameplay
In December 2022, the first gameplay footage was shown in a ten-minute video posted on Gematsu's Youtube channel. The gameplay and combat looks slick and the art style is just great, so we're certainly looking forward to playing it ourselves.
