After a three-year hiatus, The Game Awards will reopen its doors to a live audience.
This is claimed by host and producer Jeff Kiegley, who said it on Twitter.
The Game Awards 2022 will take place on December 8 at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles. The celebration starts at 4.30:7.30 pm PT, 12.30:XNUMX pm ET and XNUMX:XNUMX pm UK.
Tickets for the show go on sale November 1st. through AXS, Microsoft Theater and Crypto.com Arena.
Last year's awards ceremony took place on December 9, where It Takes Two won Game of the Year and two other awards. Of all the nominated games, Deathloop, Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart, It Takes Two and Psychonauts 2 top the list.
Deathloop won three awards, as did Forza Horizon 5. Last year's most anticipated game was Elden Ring, and we'd be surprised if it didn't win the 2022 Game of the Year award. However, we don't know what to do since we're not good at forecasting. This is why we never bet on the track.
As usual, we'll be covering the show live when December 8th rolls around, so be sure to mark it on your calendars and plan to stay with us all the time.
