If you're wandering the Appalachian wilderness this weekend and you're in the mood for some high culture, think Shakespeare. The Fallout 76 theater group will stage A Midsummer Night's Dream in the post-nuclear MMORPG, and you can watch it live on Twitch.

Theater group "Fallout" Theater company "Wasteland", work with Fallout For Hope Charity Initiative to raise funds for St. Jude Children's Hospital. They will be presenting an adaptation of A Midsummer Night's Dream, which is one of Shakespeare's most bizarre plays and has a subplot where six actors prepare for a play within the play itself.

In this case, it would be a play within a play within a massively multiplayer role-playing game. Trippy!

Shakespeare purists should note that this will not be an abridged production of the Bard's play—Wasteland Theater Company has brought its own post-apocalyptic spirit to the show to fit the weirdness and wildness of post-nuclear West Virginia.

This isn't the first time The Wasteland Theater Company has brought Shakespeare to Appalachia, having hosted several sonnet festivals and staged a production of Macbeth.

The show will begin on October 15th at 4pm PST / 7pm EST (which means October 16th at 12am BST / 1am CEST) and you can watch live on official Twitch channel of Five-0 Productions. The show is free to attend, although donations are welcome and all will benefit St. Jude Children's Hospital and its efforts to treat and cure childhood cancer.

Fallout is celebrating its 25th anniversary this month, and starting October 20th, you can grab a free copy of Fallout 3: Game of the Year Edition. If you're an Amazon Prime subscriber, Fallout 76 is part of the rewards program Prime Gaming this month.
