The Rainbow Six Siege Halloween event starts on October 13th. Doktor's Curse, in which multiplayer game operators take on the roles of "monsters" and "hunters" in a 5v5 game of hide and seek, runs until November 2nd, with new faces on each team this year.

Jordanian defender Oryx joins the team of hunters in this year's Doctor's Curse event, with Azami, Nomad, Thorn and Gridlock on the monster side. Hunters, armed only with jackhammers and a tracking device, must hunt down the monsters inside the castle. Monsters do not receive any weapons, but can use traps and a momentary invisibility ability called Nightstride to avoid attack and bypass the attacking team.
During the event, players can complete the Doctor's Curse Collection, which includes new sets for each of the new operators included in this year's event. Additional packs are offered for Pulse, Caid and Melusi, as well as the Vicious Surgery, Unfathomable and Incinerated Pain packs, each costing 300 R6 Credits or 12 Renown.
Each player who logs in during the event will receive one free Doktor's Curse pack, and three more packs can be obtained during the event by completing weekly challenges on Ubisoft Connect.
