Sequel to the critically acclaimed game A Plague Tale: Innocence by Asobo Studio and Focus Entertainment, this video showcases some elements of the game's storytelling.
The game takes place six months after the events of the first game and it appears that Hugo's curse is under control. To this end, the siblings travel south to start a new life and find a cure for Hugo's ailment.
But when his powers are awakened again, all hell breaks loose and the duo are once again forced to flee.
When Amicia and Hugo set out to find a mysterious island in hopes of breaking the curse in Hugo's blood, they must rely on the help of the people they meet.
Going into foreign territory, the young brothers and sisters are unlikely to cope alone, but after the events of the first game, it is difficult to trust strangers.
Announced in June 2021, the game will release on October 18 for PC, PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and Switch via the cloud. It will also release on the first day on Xbox. Game Pass and PC Game Pass.
