In the game, players choose the birthday of the pioneer protagonist shortly after the launch of the game, and as soon as your birthday arrives, a couple of birthday gifts will be sent to you. For every birthday, Pom-Pom will send you 100 star jade and birthday cake.
This cake will most likely change every year, the first of which will be the First Journey Blessing. In beta testing of Honkai Star Rail, the cake offered 60 Pathfinder Power, which could be used in Calix Dungeons and the Simulated Universe, among other things. But in the launch version of Star Rail, it's just a non-consumable memento that looks good in your inventory.
