The Banner Genshin Impact nilou The release date is getting closer, and since 3.1 releases on September 27th, this new character will appear in the anime game any day now. As a five-star character, make sure you have enough Primogems by the time she enters Event Wish.
One of the new characters introduced in Genshin Impact 3.1, Nilou is a sword-wielding hydrouser. Confirmed by Hoyovers in Video 3.1, Nilou is a graceful performer officially named Dance of Lotuslight. We know that she will have her own banner in the second phase Genshin Impact 3.1, but when will it happen?

As confirmed in Genshin Impact 3.1 livestream On September 16th, Nilu will only join the update in the second phase, when you will also get the option to add Albedo to your team with his banner relaunch. Genshin Impact Nilou banner will be launched on 14 October.

Neelow's abilities
Normal Attack - Moonstring Dance
- Normal: Perform up to three sword attacks in a row.
- Charged: Perform a Spinning Kick at the cost of stamina.
- Dive: Jump from a height to slam the ground and damage all enemies in the path, dealing AoE damage on impact.
Dance of the Seven Kingdoms
Upon entering the Pirouette state, Neelu deals Water Slam damage to enemies based on her maximum HP. In this state, normal attacks cause Nila to go into her Sword Dance stance, and elemental attacks cause her to go into her Whirlwind Steps stance.
- Sword dance: The third turn ends with Pirouette and releases a water moon that deals hydro damage to enemies it touches. Neelu gains the effect of Moon Prayer, turning normal attacks into Sword Dance attacks and releasing another water moon.
- Whirlwind steps: The third move ends with Pirouette and releases a Water Wheel that rushes towards opponents, dealing AoE Hydro damage to them. Water Wheel then creates an aura of Calm that surrounds your active character, inflicting the Wet status effect on enemies in the area.
While in the Pirouette or Lunar Prayer state, Neeloo cannot perform charged attacks and exits the state when it ends naturally or when Neeloo leaves the field.
Lotus Dance: Distant Dreams, Listening Spring
The dance causes the Lotus of Far Waters to bloom, which deals AoE hydrodamage based on Nile's max HP. Lotus Dance also hits all enemies hit with Lingering Aeon, which deals hydro damage after a while.

When the party consists of characters consisting of only Dendro and Hydro, the third step of Dance of the Seven Realms grants all nearby characters Bounty of the Golden Chalice for 30 seconds. Golden Chalice" increases Elemental Mastery by 60 for 10 seconds when characters receive Dendro attacks.
Additionally, when an Elemental Reaction Blossom procs on a Hydro-Dendro party member, Bountiful Cores replace Dendro Cores. They explode faster and have a larger area of effect, but cannot summon Hyber Bloom or Burgeoun.

The damage dealt by Generous Cannonballs increases by 7% for every 1,000 HP to Nile over 30,000, up to a maximum of 300%.

Waning moon dance
Increases the damage of Seven Realms Water Moon Dance by 65% and the duration of the calm aura by 6 seconds.
Starry sky, rain of their colors
Due to Court of Dancing Petals, enemies hit by Golden Chalice's Bounty Water Slam have their Water Slam resistance reduced by 35% for 10 seconds. Enemies hit by the Bloom reaction during Court of Dancing Petals have their Dendro reduced by 35% for 10 seconds.
Seductive shadow step
Increases the level of the Lotus Dance: Distant Dreams Listening Spring skill by three levels, to a maximum of 15.

When the third step of Dance of the Seven Realms pirouette hits an opponent, Nilou gains 15 Elemental Energy and the damage dealt by Lotus Dance: Distant Dreams, Listening Spring is increased by 50% for 8 seconds.

Increases the level of Dance of the Seven Realms by three, to a maximum of 15.
Frostbreaker's Melody
Neel's crit speed increases by 0,6% and crit damage by 1,2% for every 1 points of her maximum HP.
