Leon Kennedy - Nick Apostolides

We have Nick Apostolides in the title role, playing Leon Kennedy. Apostolides has played the role in previous projects, playing Leon in the 2 remake of Resident Evil 2019 and the Netflix show Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness. Apostolides has also appeared in other roles such as Charles Eriksen in Life Is Strange 2, guest starring Leon Kennedy in Monster Hunter: World, and Frank Bowers in Life Is Strange: Before the Storm.

Ashley Graham - Genevieve Buechner

The president's daughter Ashley Graham is played by Genevieve Buechner. She has appeared in several television roles such as Sadie Cohen in Golden Dragon Christmas, Sage in For the Love of Chocolate, Jessica Jenkins in Speech and Debate, and many more. This will be her first appearance in a video game.

Ada Wong - Lily Gao

The elusive Ada Wong, played by Lily Gao, will also appear. This isn't the first time Gao has played Ada, who took over the role in Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City in 2021. Luis Serra - Andre Pena

Luis Serra is also returning in the Resident Evil 4 remake and will be played by Andre Pena, who has only played a handful of roles. Luis is a character that appears relatively early in the story of Resident Evil 4, but becomes a useful character helping Leon and Ashley as they try to survive in a dangerous village.

Ingrid Hannigan - Raylene Harewood

As a useful asset to Leon, Ingrid Hannigan will be his eyes in the sky and Raylene Harewood will play her. Harewood has had several television roles and is best known for her roles as Margaret Keller in Chesapeake Shores, Kaia Graves in Wedding Cake Dreams, Miss Fleckberg in Dude's Power of Healing, and Peyton in Romantic Wedding.

Ramon Salazar - Marcio Moreno

Marcio Moreno will play the caretaker known as Ramon Salazar. Moreno has played several roles on television, namely Wev in Sophie's Rules, Die in Selection, and Guzman in Psych.

Bitores Mendes - John Bryant

Bitores Mendez, the big priest chasing Leon and Ashley at the start of the game, will be played by John Bryant. Although Bryant was primarily a singer-songwriter, he did appear as the Silver Surfer in Marvel: Space Guardian.

Jack Crouser - Mike Kovacs

Jack Crowser, Leon's former partner on a previous mission, will be played by Mike Kovacs. He has played several small roles such as Benny in Kung Fu, Dale and Jackson in Supernatural, McMoney in Tin Star and appeared in Dead Rising 4.

Osmund Saddler – Christopher Jane

Osmund Saddler, sometimes referred to as Lord Sadler, will be played by Christopher Jane. Saddler will be one of the main villains in Resident Evil 4, he was the head of bioweapons research working in the area and was behind the capture of Ashley hostage at the start of the game.

Merchant – Michael Adamthwaite

A useful character, the Merchant, will return to offer you a variety of goods and valuable items that you can buy during your journey. The merchant will be played by Michael Adamthwaite, who previously played Jaffa Gerak in Stargate SG-1, Tediore Grant in New Tales from the Borderlands, Nick in Turner, and General Hutch Nielsen in Shadow and Bone, among other roles.

Mike - Eric Gou

The last notable character from the list of Resident Evil 4 Remake voice actors is helicopter pilot Mike, played by Eric Goe. Gow voiced Brock in New Tales from the Borderlands, Mr. Parker in DC's Legends of Tomorrow, and Joel Shepard in Boom Valley.
