Right at the start of the livestream, we got a new trailer for Update 3.1 that gave us a sneak peek at what we can expect from the update, including three new characters! These are Hydro Polearm user Candace, Electro Polearm user Saino and Hydro sword Neelow.

All three will play an important role in the story of the update, and they can be obtained through wish banners that will appear throughout version 3.1 of the game.
