While WoW's Dragonflight patch 10.1 has a lot going for it, including a brand new zone with tons of quests and more, one of the best additions just got even better with the introduction of dragon caps. That's right, in Blizzard's long-running fantasy MMORPG, you can now unlock dragon riding helmets by befriending WoW's adorable new moles, the Niffens.
There's a lot to love about the Loamm Niffen Glory rewards, and you'll have plenty of reasons to befriend scent-bearing creatures. There are snail races, a new mount “Sniffer of Morse”, and a lot of materials for improving items, and even the opportunity to brand yourself with the coveted title “stinker”. However, my personal favorite is drake helmets for your dragon friends.
The ability to customize the helmet of your dragon rider in WoW has been around since the release of WoW Dragonflight, but will now be available in WoW 10.1 (via Wow head). Different dragon mounts offer different options that work well with existing armor sets.
In WoW Dragonflight, you can unlock dragon riding helmet customization by reaching renown level 19 with the Niffen faction. Riding a dragon is easily one of the best parts of Dragonflight, so I'm thrilled that our faithful companions will be getting better head protection to ensure nothing bad hits their beautiful faces as we soar over the Dragon Isles.
