After months of teasers, behind-the-scenes previews and development updates, we've finally got our first official look at the upcoming remake's gameplay. Dead Space. Dead Space remake. EA and developer Motive Studios will release a new gameplay trailer later today.

We don't know much about the trailer itself in terms of content and length, but we expect it to show us a polished level from the PC horror game and a new console exclusive.

The trailer will be streamed live, which is what we've come to expect from major announcements in recent years. You can follow the progress of events on YouTube (player embedded below), on 8am PT, 11am ET, 4pm BST.

Remake Dead Space is under development at Motive. It is being built from the ground up for next generation consoles and will feature a few changes from the original while retaining the core elements. In particular, the main character Isaac will speak.

Remake Dead Space was recently pushed back from 2022 and is now slated for release on January 27 for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S.
