Upcoming Tower of Fantasy Banners the schedule shed some light on which characters are set to debut, and which fan favorites are making a long-awaited return to the gacha system. The anime game from Hotta Studio has been out in China for quite some time now, so we have some idea of who we can expect to join the game simulacrum roster, and how often they change.
The best upcoming Tower of Fantasy banners require red cores, which are extremely rare compared to other available core currencies. You can earn them in-game by completing Tower of Fantasy Claire's Dream Machine quests or by participating in time-limited events like the Tower of Fantasy Aida Cafe, but these opportunities are few and far between. The most reliable way to purchase red cores is through the "HOT" store. One Red Core costs 150 Dark Crystals, so be prepared to stock up on 1500 Dark Crystals for ten stacks of Special Orders.
Tower of Fantasy next banner
There are rumors that Lin will be the next Tower of Fantasy banner, though there have been some speculation that it could actually be Saki Fuwa. It will most likely run from October 27 to November 16, right after the Cobalt-B banner.

The Chinese version of Tower of Fantasy also includes several collaborative activities featuring additional simulacra such as Baiyuekui and Mark. Hotta Studio has since confirmed that it's unlikely we'll see collaboration simulacra in a global release. "due to copyright barriers"therefore, we have not included their banners in the above list.
Current Tower of Fantasy event banners
The current Tower of Fantasy event banner features Cobalt-B, along with her Burning Reaction weapon banner and Skillful Intuition matrix banner. It will last from 6 to 26 October.
Both Cobalt-B Event Banners retain the same chance chances as the standard Choice Weapons and Choice Matrices banner. This comes with the added caveat that any weapons or SSR matrices you get from the respective limited banners have a 50% chance to be Cobalt-B.
Tower of Fantasy standard banners
Tower of Fantasy standard banners are Choice Weapons and Choice Matrix. Choice Weapons serves as a standard draw pool for Tower of Fantasy weapons or simulacra.
We know from the Chinese version of the RPG that Tower of Fantasy's limited simulacra will eventually move from event banners to a standard banner pool. While this means you won't have to wait for the banners to return if the odds weren't in your favor the first time, it does mean they'll lose the 50-50 chance that the limited event banners give.
You can wish on the "Weapon Choice" banner using a Gold Core Stash or a Black Core Stash, but the chances of dropping anything of value from either of these vary considerably. While gold and black cores are scattered across the Tower of Fantasy map, black cores are much more common, and you'll find that getting the currency to make a full ten-stack Special Order is a lot easier with black cores than it is with gold cores.
To account for their respective rarity, the chances of getting an SSR weapon from a black core stash is 0,3%, while a gold core stash offers a 0,75% drop chance. In addition, you are always guaranteed to receive SSR weapons after 80 Special Orders are placed through the Gold Core Stash, while the Black Core Stash does not have such a pity system.
