MMORPG New World from Amazon Games will add Fresh Start World servers early next month. On November 2you will be able to join brand new servers where Aeternum is exactly the same as it was when New World launched, but with all the improvements and optimizations that have taken place in the meantime.
“We have received a lot of requests for Fresh Start worlds, so we are using the time between the release of Brimstone Sands and the opening of these worlds to provide you with a quality new start.” Amazon Games explains. Brimstone Sands, the upcoming new New World story expansion, will be released on October 18th.
Amazon Games says that in Fresh Start Worlds “all coins, loot and characters must originate from these servers. This means that neither powerful nor wealthy adventurers can travel to any of the new worlds.
As the studio explains, these fresh start servers are meant to be a blank canvas where players can "start fresh" and experience "new streamlined quests, points of interest, and an updated New World storyline."
You can check out some of these things on the PTR even before the servers themselves go online on November 2nd.
