You can find the W-870 shotgun at the very beginning of your journey in Resident Evil 4 Remake. He is located in the largest house in the Village location, which is full of enemies that you will face at the very beginning of the story. This is the first big encounter in the game, and you can grab a W-870 shotgun in the middle of it to make things a little easier.
See map above for the location of the W-870 shotgun. You can enter the house through the front door, but the intended entrance is the window on the left. Shoot and move the bookcase into it so that the enemies don't chase you for a while. The weapon is in a photo frame at the top of the stairs. You'll get five shotgun shells to start with, but you can pick up a few more from the table on the landing.
This shotgun is an incredibly powerful weapon, but you should save it when you face powerful enemies. This can help you clear the village and maybe even kill the mini-boss that will attack you there.
