Resident Evil 4 Remake Chapter 3 - Where to Use the Insignia Key
After a brief encounter with Mendez in chapter 2, exit the headman's house and listen... is that a dog whining?
Right around the corner is the dog we all lost, and it's alive! Even though I fell into a bear trap. Help the poor guy get out. Who knows, maybe he will reciprocate?
The dog will leave after being helped. Now use the Insignia Key on the gate and we are back in the village. Explore, because after a certain time the tower will explode.
Kill the infected dogs, Calmillos, and pick the lock on the nearest house. De-energize the stretch inside.
Keep going forward and use the Insignia key on the town hall door. Collect the loot here and exit at the back, where you will find that the Merchant has opened a new shop. There are also two requests here: Viper Hunter and Grave Robber.

Note: I've been wielding a boltgun for a while at this point, and while attaching grenades to it can be quite fun, I didn't really like having to constantly remove bolts. However, give it a try if it sounds cool to you!
Finish and move forward where you will find a locked church.
Walk to the right of the church and enter the door, where you will find a lakeside map; this map explains that there is a key in the cave on the other side of the lake, but there will also be a monster waiting for us there. Mysterious, much?
Jump down the hatch in this room and exit the church. Follow the path to the lake while looting and killing Ganados. You will soon reach the Quarry. There is another request for blue medallions in the quarry and fish farm area.
Make your way through the Quarry where you will eventually find a cave; The merchant has now opened a shop here for a while.
Jump into the elevator to its right for a nice extra surprise if you like! Without spoiling what's ahead, you don't have to worry about any enemies if you do.
From the Trader's new hideout, climb the stairs and exit. You can watch the cutscene through the binoculars if you want, and then, instead of going down to the lake, go through the cave on the left.
We could go down to the lake, but there's no fuel in the boat, so we'll take it first. There will be explosive-wielding ganados all over the fish farm that need to be cleared, but fuel for the boat marked on your map. Take care of the enemies and go grab him.
With boat fuel in hand, go back the way you came (but this time up the stairs!) and down to the lake; although I recommend going back to the Merchant and saving first!
Get down to the shore of the lake, collect loot, refuel the boat, and then jump inside.
How to win a fight with Del Lago
After the cutscene, we will fight the hellish lake monster, Del Lago in Resident Evil 4 Remake. We need to shoot this monster with harpoons until it goes under the water. At this point, he will attack us with everything he has, so move left or right so that he does not get eaten.
When Leon's boat stops, don't panic, the monster will come towards you with its mouth wide open, ready for Leon's attack! Fire ruthlessly beats the monster in the mouth.
When it floats away, it's time to wash it off and repeat; shoot harpoons, dodge when the monster reappears from the water, and attack relentlessly when it comes straight at you.
