If you have been patiently waiting for a patch for Gotham Knights, we have good news, the update is actually out and it includes a healthy list of improvements and fixes for the superhero game. For the PC version, this update should improve performance, stability, and graphical fidelity in some key areas, as well as make some nice changes to the user interface and input.

First of all, the patch fixes several crashes in the open world, as well as crashes that occur when using fast travel points, when returning to the main menu, and when using the text-to-speech accessibility feature.

PC players should also see better performance as WB Games has improved rendering speed, streaming time, and actor spawn time and performance. Time fluctuations with and without V-Sync enabled should be reduced, and the developers have also reduced GPU and CPU issues that could cause lag and freezes.

Patch Gotham Knights makes several graphical improvements to Gotham Knights, fixing an issue that caused HDR to display on the wrong monitor and an issue that reset post-processing options when players exited photo mode. The patch fixes some artifacts you may have seen during the Clayface boss fight and adds a GPU driver check to make sure you're running the latest software for your graphics card.

In patch Gotham Knights Some UI/UX fixes are also included - the update adds some missing sound effects for the menus, fixes some input errors in the social wheel, and generally tightens the screws on the social menu.
