Mark Hamill's Joker from Batman: The Animated Series looks set to make its way to MultiVersus someday.
This follows from voice lines found in a recent game datamining by Twitter user Laisul.
As you can hear, the voice lines indicate that the Joker will be part of the announcer pack.

Back in August, another datamin of voice lines seemed to indicate that the characters The Wicked Witch of the West from The Wizard of Oz and Beetlejuice would be coming to the game as announcers.
Other datamines were correct, reporting that the game would include Gizmo, Rick and Morty, and LeBron James. The March datemin also indicated that the game will feature Samurai Jack, Ted Lasso, Game of Thrones' dragon mother Daenerys Targaryen, Ben 10, Godzilla and many more. Stripe from the Gremlin movie and Black Adam were also in the datamin, and both are currently listed as coming soon to the game.
MultiVersus is a free-to-play crossover fighting game developed by Player First Games and published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment. The game features a variety of characters from television, movies, comics, and cartoons, and is by all accounts a fairly popular and fun game.
