Capcom finally announced the release date Resident Evil 2, 3and 7Nintendo Switch ports, and they will appear just in time for the holiday season.

We already knew that the Nintendo Switch version of Resident Evil Village would release next week on October 28th, but release dates for other Resident games for the platform had not yet been determined. As part of this week's Resident Evil Showcase, Capcom confirmed that we'll be able to play Resident Evil 2 on Switch on November 11th, with Resident Evil 3 coming on November 18th, and Resident Evil 7 coming a month later on December 16th.

It should be noted that, like many intense games, these specific ports will be cloud-only, so make sure you have a good internet connection before you consider purchasing these specific games.

With the Switch ports already officially having release dates, Resi fans have a lot to look forward to. The conclusion of the Winter's storyline will come with the release of the new Resident Evil Village DLC, which includes the Shadows of Rose story expansion. In this expansion, you play as Rose, who you probably remember as a child, as the story follows her journey 16 years after the events of the base game;

Also releasing on October 28 is Mercenaries Additional Orders, which will be a continuation of the mode reintroduced in the Village and will add new stages and classic characters like Chris Redfield, Karl Heisenberg and everyone's favorite Giant Woman (who is actually a little smaller in Mercenaries) Alcina Dimitrescu.

Of course, perhaps the most interesting of all is the remake of Resident Evil 4 starring the famous "hot guy" Leon Kennedy. Fans may be happy to hear that nothing happened to the storage in the attaché case, but you'll still have to be careful with storage or you might end up with a dead Kennedy.
