Nahida needs a flower that grows on a cliff, but her skill allows you to take pictures of distant objects and collect them without being nearby. She also needs a lot of spores, so while hunting mushrooms, try to avoid Electro and Pyro.

Nahida uses a few items that you've probably seen a lot in the Sumeru rainforest.

Nagadus Emerald Dendro Stones drop from the regular bosses Dendro Hypostasis and Jadeplume Terrorshroom. None of the weekly bosses drop Dendro Stones (at least not yet).
The spores and pollen come from the mushroom enemies you find in the rainforest and desert, but there's a catch. If you defeat the mushroom after you use the electric or pyro devices on it, then it will fall on the core of the mushroom. Use Hydro, Dendro, Cryo, Geo or Anemo to defeat them and collect spores. You can also trade Stardust for Spores in the Paimon's Bargains tab of the in-game store.
The kalapalata lotus grows on cliff sides in parts of the rainforest. Our kalapalat lotus locations guide lists all the locations where it can be found.
The Quelled Creeper is an item dropped by the Nahida boss and is taken from Dendro's incarnation on the outskirts of the rainforest.

Books of ingenuity arrive from the Spire of Ignorance domain in Sumeru on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. The weekly boss Scaramouche has a chance to drop Puppet Strings, although if you get something else from him, you can convert them into Strings at the Alchemy Table.

That's a lot of items, and since Crowns of Insight are especially rare, we recommend focusing on getting one or two Nahida talents before level 10 rather than maxing them all. Her skill is the most important talent, followed by her breakthrough.
