You will notice a Blue Medallion in the north corner of a small shack with a typewriter.
You can shoot him through the window facing southwest.
Make your way to the top window of the barn by climbing the stairs to the upper level.
The third blue medallion is on the rafters of the small barn in the western part of the farm.
The last blue medallion hangs under the windmill balcony.
